Your rapport should be around 15-25 pages, below the different parts that are expected:
Description of the problematic and the sources of the data
Descriptive statistics
o summary statistics for all the variables, correlation
o spatial descriptive statistics for the dependent variable (Y) and the
main explanatory variables (X) maps
Moran index
Moran diagram Moran map
You should comment all these statistics and try to link what you observe for the dependent variable with the characteristics of the explanatory variables
Econometrics
o Choose the best model and you present the result for this model,
if you have tested different models, explain how you select the
best model
o Test and comment the result of a non spatial model : OLS
o Moran test on the residual of this model and conclusion
o Tests between the different spatial model (SEM, SAR, SLX and
Durbin) + AIC criteria
o Present the best model, comment the marginal effects
