1. Deposit Data (Deposit_Chase_2017.xlsx): Contains Chase’s branch information and deposits per branch as of 2017.
2. Mortgage Loan Data (MortgageLoan_Chase_2017.xlsx): Details on Chase’s 2017 mortgage loan originations.
3. Call Report Data (CallReport_Chase_2017.xlsx): Chase’s financial information for 2017. The file CallReportVariableKey_WRDS_2020.xlsx provides variable descriptions.

o Support your arguments with clear, reliable references.
o Back up your points with data and relevant statistics.
2. Communicativeness (30%):
o Be concise; use bullet points when appropriate.
o Focus on a few critical points rather than covering everything.
o Begin each paragraph with a clear topic sentence, and start the report with a strong introductory paragraph that outlines the main topics.
o Include figures/tables if helpful.
3. Creativeness (20%):
o Propose original ideas rather than simply summarizing existing ones.
Extra points up to 20% will be awarded for reports that demonstrate excellent answers beyond the standard evaluation criteria.

· Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt.
· Spacing: 1.15 line spacing, with space after paragraphs.
· Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides (default MS Word setting).
