Q1) Create a database for a Hospital Management System. (refer to slide 8).
The database should consist of Files- at least 4 different types of file, relevant records and fields. Based on the table creation, then include the corresponding entities and attributes where needed. Ensure the files are made up of 4 columns and 4 rows. Give appropriate table names. Underline the unique key in all your tables.
Q2) Based on the tables, now determine the data type for all columns identified. (refer to slide 10). You need to only provide column name and data type.
Q3) Identify 5 different types of relationship based on your table. (refer to slide 7)
