Your aim in the R part of this assignment is to provide an informative and insightful description of the data you have been given. Using a variety of charts and analysis techniques, generate outputs in R that answer the general question: how has the nature of the HIV epidemic in the UK changed since 2009? Your report should cover at least the following three questions.
1.How has the distribution of new HIV cases changed between 2009 and 2018?
2.Is the national trend in the three key HIV indicators (new HIV cases, HIV deaths and number of people on treatment) the same for men and women?
3.Are there any obvious differences in behaviour between the different UK regions?
