Eligibility
This competition is open to all Woosong University students who are currently enrolled in the 2019 Spring Semester. There is a minimum participant requirement of (1) student and a maximum of (4) students in one team. The registration form can be obtained

Competition Requirement
Participating teams are required to create a website using HTML, CSS & JavaScript. The website must be related to a Fintech product or service. Participants must create an account on https://codepen.io/ , create a website using codepen, and submit their website link. For the sake of uniformity and fairness, participating teams are not allowed to upload their websites on a seperate hosting service or attempt to submit it through
the use of a multimedia device such as a USB or CD.

Participants must fill in the form (Google Form) and submit it by April 29, 23:59.
The website & presentation files must be submitted to [email protected] by May 25, 23:59. When submitting, participants must include [2019 Web Design & Fintech Submission + Team Name]. Any inquiries should be sent to [email protected] .
Judging Criteria
Participants will be judged on their website, idea, and presentation.
Standards Compliance:
1. Every HTML opening tag must have a matching closing tag (i.e.
SolBridge
)
2. All tags must be in lower case.
3. Website should be responsive.
4. All images should be coded using the ALT attribute.
CSS & JS Templates & Libraries
Participants may utilize CSS and JavaScript templates and libraries such as
Bootstrap and jQuery. However, participants must either:
1.Write the code themselves (no asking or hiring third party to do so).
2.Find pre-made code on the internet and tweak it themselves.
Idea & Presentation
The participants will have 13 minutes to present their website and explain their business idea. The recommended format for the presentation is: Present website for 3 minutes and explain the business idea for 10 minutes.
1.The product/service that participants will create must be unique,
demand-driven (there must be a demand for the product or service which can be proven through surveys/market research).
2.The product or service must be rare or non-existent in the current market.
3.Participants must ensure that the product or service they create is not easy to be imitated by competitors (need for a high barrier to entry for competitors).
4.Participants must define a clear organization structure (who is the CEO, CFO, CTO, CMO, etc).
5.Financing plan must be defined (angel investors, crowd-funding, bank loans, personal funds).
6.The business model should be sustainable (must not be a fad/trend)
and/or should have an exit plan (selling firm, joint ventures, etc)
Cheating
The emphasis of the competition is to create an original website. Therefore, any team found to be cheating, interfering with another team, or interfering with the competition in any form, will be punished with severe point deduction or be immediately disqualified from the competition.
Prohibited Content
Each website must not contain material deemed objectionable (e.g. no pornography, no profanity, nothing offensive to a persons gender, ethnicity, or religious beliefs).
Content Attributions
Entries must adhere to copyright laws. Therefore, all graphics and multimedia components used in the competition must have been granted permission before using the file.
Prize
Awards: 500,000 won No 1 team, 300,000 won No 2 team, 200,000 won No. 3 team
Selected winners will be awarded to participate in the June 17 June 22 Global
Innovative Fintech program.

Each teams presentation must be less than 13 minutes.
