Suppose you are a Business Process Management specialist in your company, and you are asked by the company to carry out the process identification and discovery for your company. Please provide the followings to the company:
•Process Architecture (with hierarchies or groups)
•Process Scoping (with Value Chains)
•Prioritized Process Portfolio
•Business Process Model in BPMN (Must include the use of activities, gateways, events, data and collaboration Diagram.

Homework Three (25%)
Submit (1) a written report of a maximum of 15 pages (excluding appendix) describing the CPN models of the BPMN system described in Homework Two, and (2) all the CPN programs.
For the CPN models that you have developed,
•Carry out performance analysis w.r.t. (1) time and (2) resources.
•Carry out the state-space analysis of the models.
•Suggest some re-designs of the existing business processes.
•Comparison of the proposed new design with the current system.
