Assessment Overview:

Using a case study (Games Workshop PLC), provide a written essay that introduces the example  case  study  and  its  context  and  provides   a  detailed  critical  analysis  of  the management planning and coordination functions of the project.

More specifically, you will:

–    Identify and critically evaluate the potential challenges faced in coordinating across  different  management  functions,  in  the  context  of  the  case  study example.

–    Identify    and    critically    evaluate    the    potential    challenges    faced    in communicating with different stakeholder groups in the context of the case study example.

–    Identify  and  assess  the  issues  faced  in  solving  complex  problems  facing organisations  in  the  context  of  project  management,  and  the  case  study example.

–    Summarise proposed recommendations to ensure success and limit risk.
