The end goal is devise a semiautomatic method to assist you, using your resume to recommends 3 job descriptions from an existing bank of job descriptions.
These recommendations should optimize for
Alignment with your resume
Oers a good range of options, i.e. you cannot use the same job description three times and they should not all be the same exact role from 3 similar companies similar job descriptions from dierent companies are possible
Side note about these 2 objectives: most recommendation engines excel at the rst, but fail at the second task. This is why most news aggregator startups have gone away!
The goal is to follow Grimmers proposal of using text analysis tools to complement human research.
