VIA Survey Report on my Personal Strengths By taking the VIA survey, I learnt that my five highest strengths were Creativity, Teamwork, Social intelligence, Leadership, and Self-regulation. I think I scored high on these five strengths since I enjoy working with other individuals as a team in each project that I undertake, I prefer learning or doing projects as a group rather than alone.
